1. Introduction

Welcome to AWS Wrap (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AWS Wrap provides custom vehicle wraps, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, window tinting, and related services for automotive, commercial, and specialty applications. Our services are designed to enhance and protect your vehicle or property, and are subject to the terms outlined below.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Appointments

• All services are by appointment only, unless otherwise agreed.
• You may book an appointment via phone, email, or our website.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible.

3.2 Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% may be required to secure your appointment, depending on the service.
• Deposits will be applied to the total cost of the service.

3.3 Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for 30 days.
• Additional charges may apply for custom designs, complex installations, or extra materials.

3.4 Payment

• Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations by You

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit (if applicable).
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

4.2 Cancellations by AWS Wrap

• If we cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund of any deposit and the option to reschedule.

4.3 Refunds

• Refunds for services are not available once the work has begun.
• Refunds for deposits are subject to our cancellation policy (see 4.1).

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1 Warranty

• We offer warranties on materials and workmanship as follows:
  • Vinyl Wraps: Up to 5 years (depending on the material).
  • Paint Protection Film (PPF): Up to 10 years.
  • Ceramic Coatings: Up to 3 years.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or environmental factors (e.g., extreme weather, chemicals).
• Warranty claims must be made in writing and include proof of purchase.

5.2 Liability

• AWS Wrap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle or property caused by pre-existing conditions or improper use after service completion.
• You are responsible for insuring your vehicle during the service period.

6. Your Responsibilities

6.1 Vehicle Condition

• Your vehicle must be clean and free of debris before wrapping or coating.
• Any pre-existing damage (e.g., scratches, dents) must be disclosed before the service. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues.

6.2 Care and Maintenance

• Follow our care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of the wrap or coating.
• Failure to do so may void the warranty.

6.3 Accuracy of Information

• You must provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and contact details.
• We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect information.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Custom Designs

• All custom designs created by AWS Wrap remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You may use the design only for the agreed-upon purpose.

7.2 Use of Images

• We reserve the right to use photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media).
• If you prefer not to have your vehicle featured, notify us in writing before the service.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

9. Limitation of Liability

AWS Wrap shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of use, profit, or revenue related to our services.
• Damages caused by third parties or acts of nature.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
